Roy Ong
Co-Founder & Joint Head,

Roy Ong is based in Singapore and is a founder of Arrowdynamic Ventures. He jointly heads its family office practice together with fellow co-founder Wanhsi Yeong.

A practising lawyer, Roy is Executive Director of boutique law firm ArrowGates LLC. His areas of expertise include family offices, funds, securities regulation, private equity and venture capital, M&As, restructuring, general corporate. Previously, Try worked at Clifford Chance as well as White & Case, and in-house counsel for ANZ bank and Seiko Epson Corporation.

WanHsi Yeong
Co-Founder & Joint Head,
Family Office Practice
Wanhsi Yeong is based in SIngapore and is a founder of Arrowdynamic Ventures. She jointly heads its family office practice together with fellow co-founder Roy Ong.

WanHsi is a lawyer and certified family office practitioner. She is the Managing Director of boutique law firm ArrowGates LLC, and a senior consultant at UK firm McCarhty Denning. Her expertise includes funds, securities regulation, M&As, trusts, private equity, venture capital, compliance, finance, and corporate work. Previously, WanHsi worked at the Singapore arms of Sherman Sterling and Duane Morris, and well as general counsel for a regional private equity house.
Robbie Chen
Head,
China Desk
Robbie Chen is based in Shanghai and heads Arrowdynamic Ventures' China desk. Robbie is a licensed attorney, chartered professional accountant and certified tax agent in China. Currently, he is a partner at Commerce & FInance Law Offices, one of China's leading commercial law firms.
He also previously worked at MWE China Law Offices, Pinsent Masons, Garrigues and Deloitte.

Robbie has advised both large and small firms on cross-border investments, M&As liquidation and tax, and successfully represented multiple clients in tax audit cases launched by Chinese tax and customs authorities. In 2021, he was also named a Notable Practitioner in the area of Chinese tax by the Chambers Asia-Pacific Guide.
Wayne Rapozo
Head, Europe Desk
Advisor, UK & Europe
Wayne Rapozo is based in London and heads Arrowdynamic Venture's Europe desk. He is also our advisor for the UK and Europe.

With over 25 years' experience as a lawyer, Wayne has rich experience of funds, family offices, financial institutional and corporations. He is Partner and Head of Finance and Investing at London law firm McCarthy Denning, as well as Managing Director of Bridgeport Advisors, a management consultancy serving companies, funds, banks, and family offices.
​
Wayne acts a London liaison for various companies and funds outside the UK, helping them oversee regulatory and business relationships in Europe. He also services as an independent finance board member or client=appointed director on company boards.
Bill Lee
Head, Australia and Pacific Desk
Bill Lee is based in Sydney and heads Arrowdynamic Ventures' Australia and Pacific desk.

Bill brings with him deep knowledge of law and the Australian and Chinese inestment markets. He is Managing Partner at the Sydney office of the law firm, LWPG & Partners, specialising in areas such as corporate law, equity and debt markets, foreign investments, M&As and JVs, corporate governance and risk management.
​
Previously, Bill practised as a lawyer in Perth, as well as in China and the Middle East, at firms including Ashurst, King and Wood Mallesons; Gadens and Hogan Lovells. He was also formerly in-houe counsel at Apple.
Dr. Lance Lee

Dr. Lance Lee is based in Hong Kong and heads Arrowdynamic Ventures' Hong Kong and U.S. desk.

Dr. Lance Lee is a Harvard-trained enterprise and organisational leadership consultant from the Silicon Valley with 25+ years in start-up acceleration, venture finance, fund & enterprise development. His clients have included executives and senior leaders from Apple, Facebook (Meta), Morgan Stanley and BlackRock. He has served as a Managing Partner with ExecCatalyst, Silicon Valley; and Senior Partner with Center for Creative Leadership (USA, Global).

Brenda Loong

Hong Kong Desk
Brenda Loong is based both in Singapore and Hong Kong and heads Arrodynamic Ventures’ Hong Kong desk.
Brenda’s background is in law and business. Her diverse professional experience includes advisory work in corporate finance, investment-linked migration consultancy, as well as SME start-up and business development advisory.
A successful entrepreneur herself, Brenda brings a deep understanding of the strategic, execution and relational needs of businesses and organisations.
Brenda also believes in serving the needs of the community and has held significant leadership and advisory roles in the non-profit space.
Eric Chin

Eric Chin is based in Singapore and is an advisor to Arrowdynamic Ventures.

Eric's background is in finance and consulting. He has a deep understanding of the needs of high net worth individuals, family offices and funds.

He is currently Chief Business Development Officer at leading Singapore-headquartered corporate advisory firm In.Corp Global. Besides driving new business for the firm, Eric works with family offices, funds and high net worth families, as well as companies across different industries that are looking to grow in the Asia Pacific. A former corporate banker, Eric also has extensive experience in the areas of compliance, finance, banking and M&As.
